1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed on a business day before our daily cut‑off are packed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on Hong Kong public holidays ship the next working day

2. Dispatch & Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link is sent once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
  • Tracking data may take up to 24 hours to activate.
  • Every parcel carries a barcode that is scanned at each hand-off to ensure location accuracy (99.7% verified pick-and-pack accuracy).

3. Shipping Regions

We dispatch worldwide from our Hong Kong fulfillment centre (700 Nathan Road, Kowloon). Destinations and average transit times:

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All orders are shipped DAP / DDU (Delivered At Place / Unpaid). Import duties, VAT, or other local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the parcel is refused or abandoned because duties are unpaid, shipping charges and return fees (if any) cannot be reimbursed.

5. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please double-check the shipping address at checkout.
  • Address changes requested after the parcel is released to the carrier are not guaranteed; carrier redirection fees, where available, are payable by the customer.

6. PO Boxes & Military Addresses

  • PO-box delivery is available only where the chosen carrier explicitly supports it. Otherwise, please provide a physical street address.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

  • All parcels are insured up to their full value while in transit.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, notify us within seven calendar days. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Damaged packages should be photographed (outer box + product) and reported to sales@flipflops.cc within 48 hours of receipt.

8. Service Interruptions

Extreme weather, public-health restrictions, or customs delays may affect delivery. We will post service advisories on the site footer when known.
