1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before our daily cutoff are packed and dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.

2. Dispatch & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.
  • Tracking activation may take up to 24 hours.
  • All parcels are barcoded and scanned at each handoff to ensure traceability.

3. Global Shipping

We ship worldwide. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and local customs.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All orders are shipped DAP / DDU (Delivered At Place / Duties Unpaid).
  • Any import taxes, customs charges, or VAT are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • If duties are unpaid and the parcel is refused, we cannot refund shipping or return costs.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
  • Changes requested after dispatch are not guaranteed. Carrier rerouting costs (if possible) are paid by the customer.

6. PO Boxes

  • We deliver to PO Boxes where supported by local carriers.
  • Please ensure your PO Box includes any required reference codes or identifiers for successful delivery.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

  • All shipments are insured during transit.
  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, notify us within 7 days.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

8. Service Interruptions

Delays due to customs, weather, or global disruptions may occur. We’ll post known issues on the website footer.
