We are headquartered at 700 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong, and ship worldwide from this facility.
Q2. Are your products authentic?
Yes. All flip‑flops and sandals are brand‑new and sourced from verified wholesalers or authorised distributors. We do not sell replicas or pre‑owned items.
Ordering & Payment
Q3. Can I place an order by phone or email?
For security reasons, we accept orders exclusively through FlipFlops.cc. Email or live‑chat agents cannot take your card details.
Q4. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major international credit/debit cards and leading digital wallets. Payment pages are secured with SSL encryption; card data is processed by PCI‑compliant gateways and never stored on our servers.
Shipping
Q5. How fast will my order ship?
Orders confirmed before our daily cut‑off leave the warehouse the same business day. Orders after the cut‑off ship the next business day.
Q6. Do you ship to my country?
Probably yes—FlipFlops.cc offers global shipping. If your country is missing at checkout, email sales@flipflops.cc and we’ll try to add it.
Q7. How do I track my package?
A tracking link is emailed automatically once the parcel is scanned out. Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to update.
Returns & Warranty
Q8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if you received an incorrect item. Notify us immediately; once verified, we will ship the correct product at no additional cost. Other returns (e.g., sizing changes, change of mind) are not accepted.
Q9. Do products come with a manufacturer’s warranty?
No. Any warranty or defect claim is handled directly by FlipFlops.cc under our Returns & Warranty Policy.
Size & Fit
Q10. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a brand‑specific size chart. If you fall between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.
Q11. Do you offer half sizes?
Availability of half sizes depends on the brand and model. Filter by size on the category page or contact support for assistance.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Q12. Can I buy in bulk?
Yes. Create an account on our Wholesale page; approved buyers receive a bulk order sheet and live inventory updates. Minimum opening order is 1 000 pairs.

Q13. Is my personal data safe?
We comply with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and never sell or rent your information.
Q14. How can I delete my account?
Email sales@flipflops.cc from your registered address and request permanent deletion. We will remove your data unless retention is legally required.
