Q1. Where are you located?
FlipFlops.cc operates as a global ecommerce platform. We do not maintain physical retail stores or public-facing offices. Orders are fulfilled through regional logistics hubs selected for efficiency and fast delivery.

Our products are sourced from verified wholesalers, regional distributors, and trusted retail partners. Every item is 100% authentic, brand-new, and factory-sealed. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any brands; brand names are used only for identification.

Q3. Can I place an order by phone or email?
For security reasons, all orders must be placed directly through FlipFlops.cc. Our support team cannot process payments by phone or email.
Q4. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major international credit and debit cards as well as popular digital wallets. Payments are securely processed via PCI-compliant gateways with SSL encryption. We never store your card information.

Q5. How fast will my order ship?
Orders confirmed before our daily cutoff time are typically shipped the same business day. Orders received afterward ship the next business day. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Q7. How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, a tracking email will be sent. Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to activate.
Returns & Warranty
Q8. What is your return policy?
You may return unused, brand-new items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or defective item). Once inspected, we’ll issue a prompt refund or replacement.
Q9. Do products come with a warranty?
Yes. All items sold through FlipFlops.cc include a 30-day store-backed warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is provided directly by FlipFlops.cc, not by the manufacturer. If an issue arises within 30 days, contact our support team for a quick resolution or replacement.
