Returns & Warranty Policy
Returns: We only accept returns for incorrect items shipped. All other returns, including sizing or preference-based requests, are not accepted.
- If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. Once verified, we will reship the correct item at no additional charge.
- All products are inspected and sealed before dispatch to ensure brand-new condition.
Warranty: We cover products that arrive damaged or defective. You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Verified cases will receive a replacement shipment.

- Minimum initial order for wholesale accounts is 1,000 pairs.
- Approved accounts receive a live inventory sheet and ordering form.
